Cause U Effect is an independent, self funded charity that is raising funds and creating resources to support programs, services, and non profit enterprise in communities throughout Australia.

Cause U Effect is a progressive, innovative, and interactive values and outcome driven community enterprise. We have created a revolutionary Community Enterprise Resource that includes an interactive National NFP Community Directory, and Community Lottery for the benefit of all Australian communities.

Initially conceived in 2002 after a period of working with regional communities in Australia, Founder Chris Ross produced and published a document called 'Elusive Cohesion' in which he encouraged a platform for cohesive resource management and program development in our communities that could encourage Social Inclusion, Social Equity, and Sustainability.

An integral part of this document, that was not released at this time, was an interactive ethical lottery and raffle process that could assist with providing much needed funding to support non profit organisations, that often struggled to find the funds required for the provision and delivery of important resources, services, and programs.

Cause U Effect was officially founded in Tathra NSW on November 5th 2009 and development of the CUE web facility commenced. This facility and the first online Winners Charity Raffle was finally launched 30 June 2010.
